IRIS KashFlow Payroll has now come to its End-of-Life as at 5th April 2026.
The product is no longer legislatively compliant beyond the said date, will not be maintained or supported going forward,
and there will be no 'Read-only' access. The Permanent Data Deletion Notice issued via the customer email addresses
on 31st March 2026 is reinstated via this in-product notice herein.
All data held within KashFlow Payroll will be permanently and irreversibly deleted in accordance with the
IRIS General Terms and Conditions and
Customer Data Processing Terms.
Under clause 11.9 of the IRIS General Terms and Conditions, it is provided that:
"Upon provision of notice of termination, You shall provide Us with instruction to either delete or transfer Your Data.
Should You fail to provide Us with such instruction, the default position is that We may delete Your Data upon termination."
Please export your data within 30 days after the end of your contract. You will no longer be able
to access the product after 30 days following the end of your contract or after the product end of life at the end of the 2025-2026 Tax
